About the Item
An original one of a kind multilayer palette knife painting. Warm autumnal tones and gentle texture. Professional acrylics on a high- quality loose canvas. Golden color shines beautifully as the light moves across the room. Due to multiple layers various rise to the surface if looked from different angles. The size of the canvas is 210 x 142 cm The size of the actual painting is 205x 137 cm After you have it stretched onto a deep edge blind frame the size should be 197 x 129 cm. This way the painting will cover the edges as well. Each of my paintings comes with a certificate of authenticity, hand signed by me- please refer to pictures. It will send in the tube. And the tube will be wrapped in bubble foil and inserted into the cardboard box for maximum security against any damage. Copyright ©2019 Ivana Olbricht All rights reserved. ARTIST'S STATEMENT As an artist, I can only present what has stimulated my own curiosity and creativity which is always something different. Each of my artworks is unique and original – no mass production. I don’t sell prints. My artwork as well the life is full of surprises, no day is the same. We experience happiness, sadness, peace, uncertainty, nostalgia, hope, you name it. Therefore you’ll find in my portfolio abstract landscapes, expressionistic as well as minimalistic paintings where each subject and style celebrate the synergy of disparate elements, seeking harmony amidst the chaos, and highlight the interconnectedness of micro and macro, density and spaciousness, physical and immaterial. My objective is to break the stereotype boundaries and test new techniques to push my process to its limits. The gentle texture, signature technique, and plenty of details will guarantee that you will find something new that you didn’t see the previous day in the painting. I don’t dilute the paint to keep the pigment structure strong which prevents the painting from fading.
