About the Item

"Blumen Bild " Heavy Impasto Expressionist Flower Still Life Abstract expressionist sill life of flowers in a vase by California artist Harald "Harry" Dry Schmidt (American, 1933-1979). The flowers are central to the composition with a heavily symmetric background. Large areas of color blocking are accentuated by heavy texture.
