Charcoal drawings by Viola O'Connor - approx 100 years old (12 in total – see pics). Noted artist, studied in Boston and also taught. Was told that she taught at the Museum of Fine Arts.
Some of the pieces bare her name.
These would be super if matted and framed by the buyer. Keep the ones that you really enjoy and sell the others. Sheets measure approx 18"x24".
Matting will allow cropping of the subject and to eliminate any creases or issues around the edges.
Drawings will fit into a cardboard tube rolled up for shipping. At $300 for 12 pieces, this is only $25 each for original art that is approx 100 years old!
NOTE - the last image is of a current auction, a similarly sized charcoal drawing is starting at $200 with an estimated selling range of $400-$660, artist unknown. So for 12 drawings at $300, doesn't that seem like a bargain, AND the artist is known!
