Charming "Yesterday's Ladies" drawing by Aptos, California artist Virginia J Hughins,(Virginia Brubaker DeWolf), (American, 1923-2004). Presented in a rustic black wood frame. Signed "V. Hughins" bottom right. Image size, 13"H x 16"L. Hughins was an accomplished artist, many of her watercolors could be seen around Santa Clara, Santa Cruz County Watercolor Society shows. She was an avid freelance writer and illustrator for children's books. Lifetime member of Romance Writers Association and Pen Women's Association.
