Who created the Bubble chair?

Eero Aarnio created the Bubble chair in 1968. To produce the chair, the Finnish designer drew from his earlier innovation, the Ball chair. He borrowed its curvy shape for the Bubble chair, reinventing it out of clear plastic and replacing its base with a metal chain that allowed users to suspend the transparent piece from the ceiling.
