When did Burberry’s change to Burberry?

Burberry's changed to Burberry in 1999. Interestingly, the British luxury fashion house actually returned to its original name with the move. When Thomas Burberry founded the company in 1856, he chose the name Burberry, but it was modified to Burberry's during the early 20th century.
