A sink base cabinet is a cabinet designed to be used in combination with a sink. The type of sink installed will influence the cabinet's design. Because the cabinet has no back panel, there is plenty of room to reach the plumbing. There are no drawers in a sink base cabinet, as that might hinder water lines, but the exterior of the cabinet typically features false drawer fronts.
