Loan Exhibition and Lecture Series theme for the 2009 show is “Egyptomania!” inspired by The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco’s current exhibition of “King Tut.” Speaking on this year’s theme, “From Tut to Today” will be Sharon Waxman, Carol Elkins, Emily Evans Eerdmans, Madeleine Deschamps, John Saladino, and Suzanne Tucker. A Preview Party Benefit Gala on October 28th kicks off the anticipated four-day annual event. The San Francisco Fall Antiques Show is a fundraiser for Enterprise for High School, a citywide school-to-work youth development agency that guides youths aged 14 – 18 who attend public and independent schools in finding and retaining jobs, engage in experimental learning, and to explore career interests.
